FAW Peaks

In 2024, a dedicated team of 15 staff and volunteers undertook an inspiring challenge – climbing the
highest peaks in Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland over the course of four days. In
total, they covered 36 miles and ascended an impressive 4,446 metres.

Throughout the journey, they faced extreme conditions, including strong winds, relentless rain, and
even snow at the summit of Ben Nevis. Despite the challenges, they still found time each day to
share updates with BBC Radio Kent. The experience created lasting memories and, most importantly,
played a vital role in helping us achieve our fundraising goal – making a meaningful difference to our
School community.

Thanks to our FAW Peaks team and everyone who sponsored, they successfully raised a total of
£18,968.52. This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the belief in our
cause and your willingness to stand by us every step of the way.

As well as our supporters our fundraising efforts would not have been possible without our
